We are Kate and Kelly and yes, we are twin sisters. Our drive toward the beauty industry began when we graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in 2001. We started our career with an advanced training apprenticeship program at Spalon Montage in Edina. 

After six years at Spalon, we jumped at the opportunity to help Gary Anderson’s dream of opening Level Salon in the Mill District of Downtown Minneapolis come to life. Twelve successful years later we knew it was time to open our own salon.

This salon is a true labor of love.  The two of us, along with our dad, have spent many hours remodeling and designing this space to be a welcoming environment and to reflect our love of helping people feel their best.

We dedicate this to our mom who helped push us to follow our dreams of becoming stylists. She passed away before she could see it come to fruition, but we are certain she would be thrilled to see this all become a reality.
